About the role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Staff (2nd Hand Unit in-charge) to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in managing our second-hand vehicle inventory and providing administrative support to our sales operations.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate the acquisition, preparation, and sale of second-hand vehicles
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all second-hand vehicle transactions
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
