About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Medical-Dental Receptionist to support an established Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice based inAustralia. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative team that values professionalism, care, and precision. What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate electronic patient records
  • Populating charts with medical information, radiology files, and correspondence
  • Managing email communication with referrers, specialists, anaesthetists, and patients
  • Preparing and verifying operating lists, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Sending patient receipts, surgical details, and hospital lists as required
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and reception duties

About You

  • 2-3 years experience in medical or dental receptionist, ideally in a specialist practice setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling sensitive data
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and workflows
  • Experience with Clinic to Cloud (or similar cloud-based medical software) is an advantage
