Admissions and Community Relations Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Parent Engagement & PR - Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with prospective and current parents, acting as the primary point of contact and public face of the admissions team. Represent the school at events, presentations, and community gatherings to promote its mission, values, and programs. Serve as a cultural bridge for families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Promote School Culture - Actively champion and communicate the school's vision, values, and distinctive offerings to internal and external audiences. Partner with leadership to integrate cultural values into admissions processes, events, and communications.
- Admissions Strategy & Oversight - Design and implement admissions strategies to attract mission-appropriate families, aligned with enrollment goals. Oversee high-level evaluation of applicants in collaboration with academic leadership, ensuring alignment with school culture and standards. Provide data-driven insights to leadership on trends, parent feedback, and market positioning.
- Event & Experience Management - Lead planning and execution of high-impact admissions events such as open houses, school tours, and orientation programs. Ensure all touchpoints with prospective families reflect a consistent, high-quality, and culturally aligned experience.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Guide, mentor, and inspire the admissions team, ensuring cohesive messaging and exceptional service standards. Collaborate with marketing, academic, and community relations teams to align strategies and strengthen the school's brand presence.
- Continuous Improvement - Monitor and evaluate admissions processes for efficiency and impact, recommending strategic improvements. Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in international school admissions and parent relations.
