Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
• Test, debug, and evaluate new programs
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and develop corresponding improvements
• Write and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean code
• Assess operational practicality of systems and solutions
• Develop and execute quality assurance procedures
• Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems
• Stay informed on the latest trends in software development and propose innovative solutions to enhance team productivity
• Create technical documentation and training materials to support program adoption and use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, OOP concepts, and MVC architecture
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Python or related frameworks (e.g., Flask)
• Basic understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, web APIs, and REST principles
• Experience with is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with OCR extensions and plugins
• Able to configure web hosting and manage servers
• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of emerging AI tools, machine learning, database management systems, and cloud solutions is a plus
• Must reside within Metro Manila or nearby provinces

Work Arrangement

• Location: Work from home, with occasional company events in the Makati/BGC area
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Philippine night shift
