About the Role

Work remotely on cutting-edge AI and automation projects. We're looking for a Junior Software Developer to build workflows in n8n that turn articles into social media posts, AI videos, and blog content. Perfect role if you want to learn fast, ship real projects, and grow with a U.S. company.

You'll join a small but fast-moving team that values initiative, problem-solving, and creativity. This is an entry-level role with lots of opportunities to expand your skills in APIs, automation, and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain n8n workflows for:
  • Article creation and publishing
  • Social media content repurposing
  • Short AI video generation
  • Integrate with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Google Sheets, Slack, and YouTube
  • Use AI tools for text, image, and video generation within workflows
  • Monitor, test, and debug automations for reliability
  • Support setup and maintenance of basic blog websites (WordPress/Webflow)
  • Document processes and continuously suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Some programming or automation experience (JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus)
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and webhooks
  • Interest in AI tools and content automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think like a developer
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly (n8n, WordPress REST API, ffmpeg, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or Ghost CMS
  • Exposure to AI tools for content (ChatGPT, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Basic video or image editing automation (ffmpeg, Canva API, etc.)
