About the Company:

Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange and Forex (FX) platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time Product Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to translate business objectives into actionable software requirements and ensure products meet both business goals and user needs. You will define and prioritize features, manage trade-offs between scope, cost, and speed, and work closely with engineers to clarify specifications. The role covers the full product lifecycle from design to launch and continuous improvement, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to management and stakeholders.

  • Translating business objectives into concrete software requirements.Prioritizing software features based on market needs analysis and company strategy.
  • Managing project scope by balancing competing demands such as time, cost, security, and speed.
  • Prioritizing feature requests from the software development team.Clarifying the product vision and working closely with software engineers/technical teams to define specifications.
  • Ensuring that software solutions meet business goals and user needs.
  • Tracking progress against plans and quickly resolving variances when identified.
  • Making trade-offs between features, schedules, and costs based on business goals, company policies, architectural constraints, and development team capacity.
  • Engaging with customers and development leads to understanding needs and challenges.
  • Coordinating with product leadership on product priorities and roadmaps.
  • Conducting competitive and product research.Managing the full product development cycle including solution design, feature prioritization, specification definition, prototyping, testing, launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing, business development, and customer service teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Leveraging data analysis, market research, and customer research to continuously improve products.
  • Reporting directly to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in software product management.
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Vietnamese language ability in addition to Japanese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php170,345.00 per month
