Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Developer with over 5 years of experience in PHP, jQuery, and MongoDB to support a Canadian client. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, ideal for developers passionate about creating reliable and scalable web applications. You will work closely with the client's team to develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, jQuery, and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Write clean, well-organized, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proven expertise in PHP, jQuery, and MongoDB.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and server-side scripting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of additional frameworks (e.g., Laravel) or tools is a plus.
