Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Facilities & Procurement Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our facilities, as well as manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices, procurement procedures, and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of all facilities, equipment, and work areas.
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility-related compliance requirements (permits, licenses, insurance).
  • Oversee procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, price negotiation, purchase order approval, and contract administration.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services at the best value.
  • Implement cost-control measures for both facilities and procurement operations.
  • Lead and supervise facilities and procurement staff.
