Job Summary:

STELSEN SECURITY AGENCY CORP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Logistics Officer to manage procurement processes, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of security equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role includes providing ad hoc support to the HR and Admin departments to facilitate smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for security equipment, uniforms, and other supplies.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate logistics for the transportation and distribution of security equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to determine procurement needs and budget constraints.
  • Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
  • Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • Provide ad hoc support to HR and Admin departments, including managing office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of security equipment and industry-specific procurement regulations is a plus.
