  • Assists in overseeing and controlling the day-to-day running of the Facilities Management Team Work orders.
  • Ensures proper management and work coordination of work orders to each site and cluster engineers.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationship with clients. Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner. Attend client meetings for facility matters.
  • Take responsibility for quality control of staff performance and all materials produced by the Department to ensure that top-quality services and products are provided to Clients and that Clients' expectations are met.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all relevant financial documentation to Clients, and ensure that these are in requested formats.
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationships with Clients, their staff and employees.
  • Assist in planning and implementing a marketing program for promoting the Department's services and generating business/instructions.
  • Assist in building a quality team of asset services personnel and establish a track record for the Company as a quality asset service provider.
  • Reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labor for projects. Work as back up in absence of Procurement Officer.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer and Operations Manager in identifying long-term trends and needs in asset services. Assist in setting goals for the Department, and in formulating plans to ensure the the Department's human resources, intellectual capability and information technology ability can meet those goals.
  • Provides the client with a monthly written report in a format to be advised, covering the main areas of the Facility, Inventory etc.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
