Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study

• years of experience working in Accounting with SAP experience

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills

•    Highly detail-oriented

Responsibilities


•    Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses

•    Perform administrative support functions

•    Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports

•    Handle monthly and quarterly reports

•    Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll

Job Description:

The accounting assistant will support the Accounting Team by handling day-to-day payment processing, journal entry preparation, and other tasks that may be assigned. This role is critical in maintaining transactional accuracy and ensuring timely financial recording during transition period.

Payment Processing

Prepare and process vendor payments in SAP.

Ensure proper documentations and approvals are in place and in accordance with the policies.

Monitor payment schedules and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Close Process

Record accurate journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.

Perform account reconciliations and ensure GL integrity.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close-end process

Documentation and Compliance

Maintain organized records of transactions and supporting documents

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Others

Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of operations

Assist in ad hoc activities as assigned.
