Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts in line with company policies and standards.
  • Process and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial performance analysis.
  • Review and verify expense reports, invoices, and disbursements.
  • Assist with audits, financial compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting or similar roles.
  • Strong background in AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PFRS and Philippine tax regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
