About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our growing team at LA europa ceramica tile center inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing key accounting support to our finance department. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare post payments (Official receipt/AR) All sales Report
  2. Check return items of all sales report in hard copy vs vade
  3. Files Invoice, Daily sales and the like
  4. Check samples with balances, pending all sales report
  5. Make a follow up to all showroom for the pending invoices for pick up(lapse 1 month) and advices them to submit CM
  6. Prepare aging of accounts of each salesman and prepares report every end of the month.
  7. Monitors the pick up and pull out items to all showroom
  8. Perform other related task and duties required

  9. What we're looking for

  10. Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field

  11. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
  12. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  13. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  14. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  15. Proactive, organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
