Job Summary

‍*We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sr. Finance/Accounting Associate *to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate entry of all expenses and income, managing claims and reimbursements, and maintaining up-to-date books of accounts. Basic knowledge of BIR and local taxation is essential, and familiarity with XERO Accounting software would be a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately record all financial transactions, including expenses and income.
  • Manage and process all claims and reimbursements efficiently.
  • Ensure that the book of accounts is consistently updated and maintained.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in compliance with BIR and local taxation regulations.
  • Utilize XERO Accounting software for financial management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • CPA qualification preferred
  • Basic knowledge of BIR and local taxation.
  • Familiarity with XERO Accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
