We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Finance team at DLB BATAAN WATER CORPORATION in Makati City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations and contributing to the financial success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
