
Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities & duties:
· Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules
· Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
· Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
· Request quotes, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
· Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket
· Request credit notes from the suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for process
· Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
· Work with team members, supervisors, managers to develop future purchasing plans
· Track ordered and ensure timely delivery
· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
· Monitor stocks levels and place orders as needed
· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
· Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead time are met and expedite outstanding orders
· Drive continuous improvement across purchasing process
· Logistics scheduling and monitoring for materials both site & Warehouse
· Other task that Management may assign as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
