Key Responsibilities:

 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

 Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and related documents.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast purchasing needs.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

 Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.

 Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

 Assist in evaluating suppliers' performance and compliance with quality standards.

 Support the Purchasing Officer/Manager in preparing reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

 At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage

(fresh graduates may also apply).

 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 Team player with strong work ethic and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
