Your Role as a Brighterly Tutor

As part of our team, you will:

  • Deliver fun, engaging, and interactive 1-on-1 lessons using our ready-made scripts and materials.
  • Share valuable feedback with our office team to continually improve lessons.
  • Provide detailed reports on your students' progress.
  • Keep students motivated and engaged in every session.
  • Bring your creativity to the table to enhance learning experiences.

What We're Looking For
  • Advanced English (C1+) with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience teaching young learners.
  • High school-level math proficiency (or higher) with a diploma.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or weekday afternoons and evenings.
  • Self-employed status.
  • Patience, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
