We're on a mission to make math learning engaging and effective for primary school students (Primary 1-6). We are a growing edtech company looking for detail-oriented and reliable curriculum development assistants to help us design engaging lessons.

The Role: This is a project-based, remote freelance role focused on content production. You will be provided with a lesson brief and templates, and your job will be to write lesson plans, design engaging lesson slides in Canva and designing homework assignments in Google Forms. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, has a great eye for detail, and is eager to gain experience in the edtech industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop complete weekly lesson packages for Primary 1-6 math, including a written lesson plan, engaging Canva slides, and an interactive Google Form homework assignment.
  • Translate pedagogical goals from a detailed lesson brief into clear, student-friendly learning materials.
  • Focus on the content and instructional flow of the lesson slides in Canva. You will lay out the text, problems, and teaching concepts, while our graphic designer handles the final visual polish.
  • Work collaboratively with our curriculum developer to revise and refine all materials based on feedback, ensuring a high-quality final product that meets our deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Required: High proficiency with Canva and Google Forms/Docs/Drive.
  • Required: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Excellent ability to follow instructions and work from a template.
  • Clear and organized writing skills for creating lesson plans.
  • A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.
  • Good written English skills.
  • A plus, but not required: Experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, or creating educational materials.
