About the Company

Burly Boyz is a growing Canadian moving & logistics company. We manage thousands of jobs each month using Salesforce, Jobber, QuickBooks Online, Float, and Helcim. We're expanding our back-office team and looking for a Jobber expert who lives for clean, accurate billing.

About the Role

You'll own the same-day billing process in Jobber — verifying jobs, creating and fixing invoices, matching payments, and sending a daily exceptions report. You'll work closely with our drivers and operations teams in real time.

This role focuses entirely on Jobber billing and payment matching, not bookkeeping or QuickBooks posting.

Responsibilities


• Review completed jobs daily to ensure 100% invoice accuracy in Jobber


• Assist drivers/ops with invoice creation, tips, discounts, and corrections


• Match Helcim payments to Jobber jobs; identify and resolve mismatches


• Send a daily Billing Exceptions Report summarizing issues and resolutions


• Track AR & collections status, flag overdue accounts early


• Collaborate with the accounting team for reconciliation and reporting

Requirements


• 2+ years working with Jobber or similar field service platforms (ServiceM8, Housecall Pro)


• Experience with payment processor reconciliations (Helcim, Stripe, etc.)


• Strong English communication; confident dealing with operations teams


• Bonus: Salesforce familiarity


• Reliable computer, 25+ Mbps internet, and ability to work Mountain Time overlap (6 hrs min)

Employment Details


• Independent contractor, remote (Philippines)


• Full-time, 40 hrs/week


• Pay: ₱35,000–₱50,000/month (experience-based)


• Paid monthly via Philippine bank transfer
