JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and timelines.

  • Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' alignment with role and company culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and interview outcomes.
  • Create and publish job postings to attract qualified applicants.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Stay updated on current trends in recruitment, labor market conditions, and sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent outreach activities.
  • Support other HR functions and projects as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and behavioral interviewing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a genuine interest in people and talent development.
