Job Opportunity: HR Officer

To help us nurture our people and strengthen our culture, we are looking for a passionate and versatile HR Officer to provide comprehensive support across all areas of Human Resources.

What You'll Do

As our HR Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting initiatives that drive employee experience and organizational growth. Your scope will cover:

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing programs that foster a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate communications for events, activities, and recognition programs.
  • Collect employee feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Support the creation and rollout of training programs.
  • Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.
  • Help manage employee development records and assist in competency-building initiatives.

Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

Payroll Support

  • Gather and validate timesheets, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

HR Analytics

  • Maintain HR data and generate reports on key HR metrics.9
  • Support management in using analytics for decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist or officer-level role preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
