
Document Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, edit, and maintain IT policies, process documentation, and internal manuals.
• Work closely with IT teams to document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system-related processes.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CTO.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and standardize IT-related documentation.
• Ensure proper version control and organization of IT documents in a central repository.
• Track and update documentation requirements to align with ongoing IT initiatives.
• Support the IT team with general administrative tasks related to documentation and process coordination.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with IT processes, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to structure and organize complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in IT service management or process documentation.
• Understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL or ISO standards.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting.
• Exposure to IT security and compliance documentation.
This role is an integral part of the IT Group, providing essential documentation and process support to enhance operational efficiency across IT functions.
