Education & Experience:

Our client, a group of companies in the field of EPC contracting and Total Facilities Management that has been active since the 70s, executing several major and landmark projects for prime clients - is looking for Work Control Specialist for its palace projects.

The role is responsible for the full life cycle of facilities maintenance using Maximo / computerized Work Control Center system in compliance with operational procedures to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Technical school Diploma/Certificate in equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the Middle East.

Key Skills & Competencies

1) Communication skills –excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2) Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3) Attention to detail –must have a high level of attention to detail.

4) Organizational skills – to handle large amounts of documents and information on a daily basis. Thus, they must remain highly organized at all times.

5) Financial skills –to create expense reports. Thus, they must possess at least a basic knowledge of financial documentation and principals.
