About the role

Join our client's dynamic sales team as a Telemarketer in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time project-based role where you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities through effective telephone sales techniques. What you'll be doing

  1. Initiating and engaging in sales calls with potential clients to promote company's services
  2. Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and proactively following up on leads
  3. Accurately recording and updating client information in the company's CRM system
  4. Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. At least a year of experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the services industry
  2. Graduate of any 4 years course
  3. Open to work in a short-term employment (project-based, 1-2 months)
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
  5. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
  6. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
  7. A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
