Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Telemarketing Representative who can engage with customers over the phone, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record in telemarketing or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Promotions: Effectively present products or services, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales data using our CRM system.
  • Performance Improvement: Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals and objectives.
