The Institutional Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new institutional clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves market research, client engagement, and strategic sales initiatives to expand the company's presence in key segments such as offices, factories, schools, hospitals, hotels, government agencies, and other related industries nationwide

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Office Administration, Entrepreneurship, etc.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Telesales or Customer Service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn about the company products.
  • Customer oriented, ambitious, sales, and results driven.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and target clients based on assigned market segment and geographical area

· Source new clients by research, recommendations and meetings

· Set appointments with prospect leads

· Negotiate prices with prospective clients within discounting limitations

· Coordinate inventory availability of needed stocks and ensure offerings are with healthy stock levels

· Create Inventory Transfer Requests when needed.

· Perform needs analysis of prospect leads and clients before actual presentation of our products

· Effectively presents CHG Global Inc. products to prospect clients/leads.

· Push for customization opportunities with client and coordinate with Manager and Director

· Study and collect company profiles of customers/clients (lead)

· Review P.O. of clients and forwards to encoders for processing

· Collect payment from customers

· Maintain a positive relationship with clients

· Manage Client Database

· Provide after sales support to clients.

· Submit and present monthly and quarterly sales reports

· Handles tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
