About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven Telesales Executives with solid experience in insurance or banking to join our growing team. This role is focused on retaining existing customers, ensuring they continue to receive value and excellent service from our client.

This is a direct placement position under a 1-year fixed term contract with full benefits, offering a competitive salary package plus performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers through outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Present product/service benefits clearly, ensuring customers understand ongoing value.
  • Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote renewal, cross-sell, or upsell services where appropriate.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in CRM.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience.
  • Must have experience in insurance (preferred) or banking telesales/retention.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain client trust.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
