Project-based IT Project Manager

We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced (Senior) IT Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple technology projects supporting global business operations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in IT project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies. This role is pivotal in ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Provide end-to-end Project Management services including Project Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
• Manage the performance of the project and the project team members through Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met.
• Facilitate project meetings – client and project team meetings.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Proactively resolve conflicts, blockers, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate/report project progress and status to project team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and efficient project execution.
• Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, documentation, and shareholders' meetings.
• Ensure all projects align with organizational processes, compliance standards, and quality controls.
• Escalate issues that require higher management awareness and issues.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project requirements.
• Keep up with the latest Digital Marketing and Tech innovation and trends.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including global teams and vendors.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Project Management
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in motivating and pushing teams to deliver under pressure.
• Experienced/Proficient in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project delivery models.
• Hands-on experience working with foreign vendors and multicultural teams.
• Strong adherence to project governance, standard operating procedures, and documentation practices.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to assess a project's scope and the team's ability to execute
• Experienced in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
• Excellent written/oral communication, coordination, planning, and presentation skills
• Driven, passionate, self-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
• Exposure to Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development is a strong advantage

Employees are required to be present in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. This means you'll be in the office at least two days a week, and work remotely on the other days.
