Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Designer who will take charge of the creative vision, design development, and project execution from concept to completion. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver functional, innovative, and aesthetically compelling spaces. You'll ensure design excellence while balancing creativity, technical feasibility, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and concept development for design and build projects.
  • Oversee and guide design teams to maintain quality, innovation, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to align design intent with functional and budgetary goals.
  • Review and approve design drawings, materials, and specifications; conduct site visits as needed.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety codes, sustainability standards, and company quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments for seamless project execution.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and build or related creative fields.
  • Strong conceptual, technical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or lead a team.
  • Based in Makati and willing to visit project sites as needed.
