What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and challenges, and develop and implement tailored HR solutions
  • Provide expert advice and solutions on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Drive the design and delivery of impactful HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy and strengthen our company culture
  • Lead the HR team in the execution of key HR processes and programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and employees, promoting best practices and driving employee engagement and retention
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure the company's HR policies and practices are compliant

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • More than 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions that drive business impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HR challenges
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and the use of HR technologies and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • With experience in CBA Negotiation
