JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive & review vendor coding on Purchase Orders and process multi-currency invoices, monthly rental invoices, and other corporate expenses for multiple companies.
- Oversee and take full ownership of the accounts payables ledgers including ensuring the Zahara PO system is continually up to date.
- Effective management and maintenance of the Accounts Payable inboxes and ensure invoices are actioned in a timely manner.
- Resolve and investigate any discrepancies or queries that may arise from external counterparties or vendors.
- Assist the accounting team to ensure the timely input and processing of invoices in accordance with relevant month end close processes .
- Manage weekly (Friday) & adhoc payment runs for multiple companies across different banking platforms ensuring all invoices are paid within agreed payment terms.
- Maintain reconciliations for landlord statements.
- Processing of Amex & VASCO expenses & employee reimbursements.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of the Accounts Payable payment processes.
- Undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the CFO and Group Financial Controller from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sound understanding of basic accounting and book keeping principles must have in terms of skills and capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational ability
- Collaborative team player Highly motivated, energetic, flexible with a can-do attitude
- Highly proficient in Excel Alignment with company core values - FLIPIT: Fun, Leadership, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork
- 3-5 years in previous Accounts Payable role in a corporate environment
- Experience using Xero, ApprovalMax and Zahara an advantage
Work Schedule
6am to 3pm Manila
Work Location
Hybrid, Eastwood Quezon City ONLY.
Willing to work onsite at least 2-3x per week
**Project based only probably from November to May, possibly until June 2025
