We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing


• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels with clear, efficient communication

• Resolve product or service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach

• De-escalate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through active listening

• Process returns, exchanges, and order updates accurately and on time

• Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to generate leads and qualify prospects

• Complete customer forms and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability

• Adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse customers

• Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs

• Follow up after resolutions to ensure lasting satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or prior authorization
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or medical documentation environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to handle rejection and stay motivated
