Work Set-up: Work-from-Office
Salary: Php 35,000 base + commissions (structure TBC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our office-based team in Clark, Pampanga. This role involves making outbound calls to businesses across Australia to book qualified meetings for the Sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by results.

You must be confident, persuasive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with business decision-makers across industries.

Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter:

• Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and soft leads) to businesses across all Australian states and cities

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives

• Conduct online research to identify potential clients

• Reconnect with past and current clients to re-establish interest

• Maintain accurate and updated CRM/spreadsheet records

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed appointment targets

Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling

• Demonstrated success in generating quality leads that convert into sales

• Experience speaking directly with business decision-makers

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

• Experience with outbound campaigns across multiple industries is a plus

• Ability to re-engage lapsed or dormant clients is an advantage
