Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient pipeline that drives business growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and the sales/closing team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM tools or trackers.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive rapport with potential clients.
  • Ensure all appointments meet company quality and qualification standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve call scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferably in [industry, e.g., roofing, B2B, etc.]).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve targets.
  • A positive, professional attitude and goal-driven mindset.
