What you'll be doing
- The role shall heavily focus on recruitment in the first 3 months.
- Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, including processing employee onboarding, offboarding and changes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
- Assisting with the coordination of HR-related events, training and development programmes
- Responding to employee queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Handling of employee relations matters.
- Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably with strong background in recruitment. Desirable, experience in recruiting skilled labor positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures and best practices in the Philippines
