
Sales Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries as requested.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues or documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies for the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous work experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word); experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work near Bridgetowne Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,500.00 per month
