Position: SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

I. OVERVIEW, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, this position reports directly to the General Manager of the Company and will be working closely with other Team Members, Logistics Teams, and Branch Teams. Furthermore, this position is expected to observe the policies and procedures, security measures and work guidelines, as well as lawful directions given by TSI's management and persons in authority.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares Sales Order (SO) based on the Purchase Order (PO) forwarded by the client or Sales Representative.
  • Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
  • Check stock availability in the warehouse.
  • Process low to a high volume of product orders.
  • Process invoices for all institutional sales transactions.
  • Check that all prices and client contracts are up to date.
  • Report monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Support the sales force with the general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
  • Take phone calls from clients and prospective customers.
  • Communicate to the management of important feedback from customers/clients.

II. MANAGEMENT EXPECTATIONS
