About the role

RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Sales Admin (Masscom Graduate) to join our team in our office in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with the preparation of sales materials
  2. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  3. Maintaining accurate records and data related to sales activities
  4. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  6. Performing other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
