Job Title: Credit and Collection Encoder (Project-Based)

Department: Finance / Accounting

Reports To: Account Receivables Officer

Employment Type: Project-Based (3 Months)

Work Location: 3 Mahogany Street, Agapito Subd., Santolan Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Credit and Collection Encoder will provide support to the Credit and Collection team by ensuring accurate encoding and documentation of collection transactions, payment data, and client records. This role is project-based for 3 months, with a possibility of extension depending on project needs and potential for regular employment based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Encode daily collection reports and payment transactions accurately into the system.
  • Maintain updated records of receivables and client payment history.
  • Assist in generating aging reports and other credit-related summaries.
  • Organize and file documents related to collections, billings, and payment confirmations.
  • Coordinate with the Credit and Collection team for verification of data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.
  • Perform other administrative or encoding tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • At least a Senior High School graduate; preferably with a degree or background in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in encoding or data entry is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Can work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Contract Duration: 3 months (Project-Based)

  • Possibility of Absorption: Yes, may be considered for probationary employment depending on performance and business need
