CREDIT & COLLECTION MANAGER

We're looking for a Credit and Collection Manager to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in your career, then this is the role for you

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Handles the Credit and Collection Unit for all hotel and corporate accounts.

· Develop, implement and monitor company credit policies and procedures

· Oversees the collection of accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding debts..

· Develop collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow.

· Coordinates with the Treasury Department regarding collected payments from the Hotel. Responsible for the posting of all incoming payments to the SAP Business One System.

· Processes and approves billing invoices from Billing Assistants through AR invoices in the SAP Business One system.

  • Ability to collect overdue accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on account receivable status, collection performance, and credit risk management.
  • Analyze collection trends and provide insights for improving efficiency.
  • Supervise and train credit & collection staff, ensuring adherence to the company policies and high performance

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Well organize, Keen to details and with time management skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, with Time Management and Leadership skills
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and systems
  • Trustworthy and Honest.
  • Knowledge in SAP Business One Accounting System or any accounting system 2 years or more of progressive experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of Philippine credit laws, collection practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Willing to travel or work extended hours when required.

Location: Manggahan Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
