MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct Credit investigations and verifications.
  2. Collect delinquent accounts.
  3. Conduct Unit Inspection and Appraisals
  4. Maintain Collection Follow-Up Cards (Collection Diaries).
  5. Conduct Skip tracing on skip account.
  6. Submit assigned reports (eg. TU, CIC, Delinquency Reports, etc)
  7. Conduct Asset Recovery and assist in the implementation of judicial writs.
  8. Review and Process payments of billings from various service providers.
  9. Contribute credit data to various credit bureaus as mandated by law and contracts
  10. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

EDUCATION

College Graduate, preferably Business Course

EXPERIENCE

Adept in financing or banking credit standards and wide understanding of the consumer lending environment.

Preferable with at least 2 to 3 years work experience in credit and collection - auto loan or any other consumer leasing products.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledgeable in tele &/or field credit investigation, credit management, financial analysis, fraud detection and risk management.

SKILLS

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Possess good judgment

Strong attention to details and processes excellent interpersonal skills

Computer literate and have a good working knowledge of common application software.

Knows how to drive 4 wheeled vehicles

CHARACTER

Self-motivated, strong drive

Multi-task oriented

With customer focus and service orientation

Requires minimal supervision

Willing to constantly travel
