  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports daily to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.

  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and other payment issues by collaborating with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Billing).
  • Process payments, account adjustments, and refunds as needed.
  • Document all collection activity, including customer conversations, payment promises, and reasons for non-payment, in the collections database.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on collections metrics, including aging analysis, collection rates, and bad debt trends.
