We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods, and supervise warehouse staff. Your goal is to optimize warehouse procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

◦ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

◦ Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile discrepancies.

◦ Implement strategies to minimize inventory loss and damage.

  • Warehouse Operations:

◦ Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

◦ Ensure efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.

◦ Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Team Leadership:

◦ Supervise and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators and warehouse associates.

◦ Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs.

◦ Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.

  • Safety and Compliance:

◦ Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

◦ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

◦ Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.

  • Process Improvement:

◦ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

◦ Utilize data analysis to optimize warehouse operations.

◦ Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
