Warehouse Manager – Join Our Growing Team

Location: Maguyam, Silang Cavite

The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall logistics coordination. This role is responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries, and leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
  • Must have at least 5-7 years Distribution & Warehousing operations experience in a similar capacity
  • Must have good knowledge of accounting methods and systems.
  • With above average oral and written communication skills
  • Can think logically and pay keen attention to details
  • Must have good planning and organizing abilities and excellent leadership qualities.
  • Ability to communicate well with people from different levels, with good analytical thinking skills and can make sound decisions when necessary.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop warehouse layout and space utilization strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure all shipments are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Implement strategies to reduce stock discrepancies, losses, and damages.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and warehouse organization for fast retrieval.
  • Track slow-moving and aging inventory to prevent overstocking and waste.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and safety compliance.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and warehouse protocols.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to proper handling, loading, and storage procedures.

Reporting & Cost Management

  • Develop and monitor warehouse budgets, optimizing costs without compromising service quality.
  • Analyze and control operational expenses, including labor, equipment, and utilities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management on warehouse performance.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
