We are looking for a meticulous Warehouse Inventory Controller to manage and oversee all inventory activities in our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

◦ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tracking tools.

◦ Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

◦ Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock.

◦ Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accuracy.

  • Receiving and Shipping:

◦ Oversee the receiving process to ensure that incoming shipments are accurately recorded and stored.

◦ Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

◦ Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

◦ Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.

◦ Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

◦ Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory management practices.

  • Process Improvement:

◦ Identify opportunities to streamline inventory control processes and improve efficiency.

◦ Implement best practices for inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies.

◦ Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and improve overall warehouse operations.

  • Compliance and Safety:

◦ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to inventory management.

◦ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient inventory handling.
