WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory entering and leaving the facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with warehouse processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and reconcile inventory records within the warehouse.
  • Assist in the receiving, recording, documenting, and issuance of all warehouse materials.
  • Support general warehouse operations and concerns.
  • Validate actual warehouse records and compare them with ERP (SAP) data.
  • Assist in preparing Inventory Count Sheets, Warehouse Reports, and other warehouse-related documents.
  • Check and counter-check warehouse transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing Purchase Requests for warehouse-related supplies.
  • Participate in food safety, feed safety, and other compliance-related activities

Educational Requirements: (Applicants must meet at least one of the following)

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree; or
  • Have Warehouse Experience/Expertise
  • A combination of both is an advantage

Experience Requirements:

At least one (1) year of experience in supply chain or warehousing.

Skills Requirements:

  • Organized, systematic, and knowledgeable in warehouse management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and inventory records.
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP Systems (SAP).
  • Able to understand and apply GDSP, GMP, 5S, and workplace safety principles.

Work Details:Our Office is located at Lot 1259, Bancal Road, Bancal (4116), Carmona City, Cavite. (Nearest landmark: We are situated at the back of Shell Gasoline Station, Bancal.)
