Warehouse Supervisor – Construction Industry

Location: Cainta, Rizal

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our construction warehouse. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of construction materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory management, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular audits, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Receiving & Distribution: Oversee receiving shipments, inspecting materials for quality, and ensuring timely distribution to construction sites.

Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training to improve efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Logistics Coordination: Work with suppliers, delivery teams, and site managers to ensure smooth material flow and transportation.

Equipment Handling: Manage construction tools, machinery, and ensure proper maintenance and storage.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory movement, damaged goods, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in warehouse operations within the construction industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree)

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and warehouse management software.

Leadership & Communication: Strong organizational and team management skills with effective communication abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
