As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch Health and Dental Insurance Call Center support and service to meet the needs of our valued members and providers.

Compensation Highlights

  • Base Pay Starting at PHP ₱22,000.00 Monthly
  • Pay frequency: Weekly pay

Schedule Highlights

  • This is a full-time, steady state role with no pre-determined end date. No weekend work required
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm CST. 7 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting
  • Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Support members or providers on routine or complex issues involving eligibility, benefits, claims, pre-treatment reviews (prior authorizations), medical claims and appeals status call for denied claims/pre-treatment reviews
  • Deliver excellent customer service that reflects BroadPath's core values
  • Accurately document all calls and interactions
  • Achieve individual performance goals aligned with call center objectives
  • Engage and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service delivery
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability through meeting attendance and schedule adherence expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Healthcare call center experience
  • 2 years of call center experience (even non-healthcare related for those with Allied medical courses)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan
  • Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload

Candidate will be responsible for providing:

  • Responsible for providing your own 19" monitor or larger with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
  • Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download|10mbps upload speeds
