PureWay Compliance, Inc. is a U.S.-based medical waste management and compliance company that helps healthcare providers nationwide stay safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, track shipments, report adverse events, and escalate issues when necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a highly regulated environment where compliance with HIPAA guidelines is essential.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements is required for this position.
